Please read the following terms of service and acknowledge by clicking the button at the bottom of these terms.
You should upload your mail list in .xls or .csv format. Please reference your order# so we can match your list to your order. You will receive via email a postage statement 1-2 business days after we get your list. We do not process mailings for outside the U.S., so any foreign addresses will be eliminated from your list.
We normally address up to 5 lines on mailings, including the following data:
City, State, Zip Code
Your mail list should contain these fields as individual columns on your spreadsheet. If you need additional fields added to your mailing, please advise us by posted message on your order, or in your mail list email. There may be additional charges for additional fields, depending on the information and/or placement required. We will try our best to accommodate your special needs.
To qualify for DISCOUNTED MAIL RATES, the Post Office requires a minimum number of pieces by class:
First class: 500 piece minimum
Standard: 200 piece minimum
We cannot determine exact postage costs until we process your mail list through our postage software. Please be aware that postage costs can vary on specialty products such as vertical cards and catalogs. ADDITIONAL MAIL LIST SERVICES
MAIL MERGING -- We merge up to 2 lists free; after that there is a $10 charge per additional list.
DEDUPING -- We offer deduping (eliminating duplicate addresses) on up to 2 lists for $25.
NCOA PROCESSING -- We offer NCOA update processing (National Change of Address) for a flat fee of $25.
DATA MANIPULATION -- We do expect your lists to be properly formatted for processing. Should you require data manipulation services from us, we do offer that service at a cost of $65/hr., minimum ½ hour charge.
We can accommodate multiple drops, but there are additional charges associated with the additional processing.
If you order 5000 postcards mailed in 1 drop, the Mailing Services fee is $190. This information is found toward the bottom of the product page, on our Mailing Services page, or on the pricing calculator.
If you order 5000 postcards to be mailed in a total of 5 drops, each to the same mail list, the Mailing Services fees would be as follows:
Mailing Services fee for 5000 postcards is $190. Four additional drops @$50 per drop is $200. The total Mailing Services & drop fees would be $390.
If you order 5000 postcards to be mailed in a total of 5 drops, each to a different mail list, each drop would have a $115 Mailing Services fee. The total Mailing Services fee would be $575.
If additional drops require STORAGE of your cards beyond 3 months from the date of your order, you will incur a monthly storage fee based upon quantity & product type. There is a minimum storage fee of $15/month.
Should you wish to have us address your order & ship it back to you for mailing, we do offer REBOXING to maintain sort. There is a $10/box reboxing fee for this service. Appropriate UPS charges would also apply.
You can schedule addressing only & pick up of your trayed, addressed pieces. Our pick up hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. WePrintDirectforLess is not responsible for any additional postage charges incurred when you choose to mail your addressed pieces from your own post office.
We automatically ship overs (when your print quantity exceeds your mailing quantity) unless you specify otherwise. You will be billed for this shipping charge when shipped. Should you not wish to receive your overs, it is necessary that you post a message on the order authorizing us to throw them away.
Please allow a minimum address area clear space of 2”x 4”, as well as a blank 1” square for indicia placement. Any adjustments required by WePrintDirectforLess will result in a $25 design fee.
Design your self-mailer (folded flyer or card) so that when you hold it you can read the address label, the bottom edge is a folded edge. The open edge should be at the top.
In order to ensure proper reading of address information by Post Office equipment, a maximum of 15% screened color is allowable as a background in the address area.
